What is Feedly?
Feedly is an RSS reader for creating custom feeds. It helps users keep track of important topics and filter out the noise.
Create findings from Feedly
There are two ways to use Feedly with FIBRES:
- Feedly's Custom Sharing
- FIBRES Web Clipper
With Feedly's Custom Sharing
To set up Feedly's Custom Sharing between Feedly and FIBRES:
- In Feedly, click your image and open Settings.
- Click Saving and Sharing.
- Scroll down to Custom Sharing.
- Enter the URL https://app.fibresonline.com/content/create?url=${url} in the text box.
- Select the checkbox for Custom Sharing.
To use Feedly's Custom Sharing to create findings:
- Open any article in Feedly.
- Click the Custom Sharing icon that looks like a paper plane.
FIBRES opens in a new window and a new finding is created with the finding type Signal.
With FIBRES' web clipper
- Install the web clipper.
- Open any article in Feedly.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Visit website to open the article in its original source.
- Click the Add to FIBRES bookmark in your bookmarks bar.
A new finding is created with the finding type signal.
