Invite and revoke users

Administrators and Trend managers can invite new users and manage their user rights in Your community.

How to invite a new user

Add new users to your account.

  1. Open the drop-down menu and select Your community.
  2. Under Invite a new user, enter the email of the person you wish to invite. 
  3. Select a user role.
  4. Edit the invite message if you wish.
  5. Click Send invitation.

Resend an invitation

Did your invite go unnoticed? Resend it via Your community.

  1. Open the drop-down menu and select Your community.
  2. Scroll down to the list of users.
  3. Click the three vertical dots ⋮ next to the user whose invitation you want to resend.
  4. Click Resend invitation to send another automated invitation email or Copy invitation link to copy the link to your clipboard and send it yourself.

Revoke a user

Need to remove a user or an invitation? Manage users in Your community.

  1. Open the drop-down menu and select Your community.
  2. Scroll down to the list of users.
  3. Click the three vertical dots ⋮ next to the user whose access you want to revoke.
  4. Click Revoke access or Revoke invitation, if the user hasn't yet accepted your invitation.
