What are owners and contributors
Every finding and summary has an owner. In addition to owners, some contributors may be listed.
About content owners
For user-created content, the content owner is the user who created the finding or summary.
For content added as part of a data set, no owner is given. Thus, when filtering, they can be found with the no owner yet selection.
How to change an owner
The content owner can be changed in the finding full view by clicking the pencil icon next to the owner's image.
What makes a contributor
In addition to an item owner, FIBRES also lists all users who contribute to findings and summaries as contributors.
Actions that result in a new contributor being listed:
- Changing the radar positioning
- Changing classifications
- Adding or removing linkages to other findings or summaries
- Adding source links
Changing the content title or description does not make a contributor. As a rule of thumb, any change that is tracked in the change history in the comments section also results in a contributor listing.
